LONG-TERM EMPLOYMENT – permanent positions
Our company is exclusively specialized in the recruitment of doctors and healthcare professionals,
as well as the provision of healthcare services. Expertise and flexibility are the foundations of every

Medflow’s services include the following:
- targeted job search and personalized job offers based on individual preferences
- arranging interviews in Norway and providing representation
- guidance on degree recognition and specialist qualification approval

- assistance with administrative procedures (e.g. applying for a Norwegian ID number, opening a bank account)

The recruitment process
Medflow supports you throughout the entire recruitment process and ensures flexible collaboration, from the first contact all the way through your relocation to Norway. The key stages of this process are as follows:
* If, based on medflow’s assessment, the applicant’s medical qualifications, future plans, or other relevant factors are not compatible with a successful placement at a later stage, we will inform the applicant of this during the initial phase
of the recruitment process.

Application
- medical qualification as a specialist, or being expected to complete specialist training within one year
- conversational level of English proficiency
- motivation for a long-term employment (at least 3 years) and willingness to relocate to Norway
SHORT-TERM POSITIONS – part-time and substitute work
This service, offer through our staffing activities, is available to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
who already speak Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian and have work experience in Norway, Denmark, or Sweden.

If you have Swedish or Danish language skills and relevant experience from one of these countries, and you are
